In the late summer of 2022 on The Wicklow Way Trail in Ireland, starting from
Clonegal and ending in Dublin. Completing 86 miles of the breathtaking Thru Hike in 5
days is where it all began.Two months prior to the adventure The Meal Bar
was created, Mando needed a filling hybrid bar that was light in weight to carry, but
also calorically dense to give the body and mind all the nutritional values needed for
the 86 miles of hiking up and down mountains. Consuming two Meal Bars a day on the
trail gave us the energy to keep pushing forward through the adversity to reach our goal.
